What Contracts Do I Use on the Lease to Own Agreement
This is a pretty common question I receive from emails and seller calls. So we decided to write a short article about some important things to make sure are included in your contracts.
Buyers and Sellers
The type of rent to own contracts are very important to both the buyer and seller in the lease option.
If you are a seller and you use the incorrect agreements and need to evict the tenant, the judge could make you foreclose if your agreements aren’t exactly right.
If you are a buyer and the agreements aren’t written correctly or the way you verbally agreed, then you could be out all of your money and rent credits, plus the opportunity to purchase the home.
